What is the white counterpart to the N word?

Alright, so I totally get why black people dislike whites using the word n*gger, but use it as an ethnic term for themselves to strengthen their culture or for whatever purpose it serves. I was watching 60 minutes I think and it was all about the modification of Huck Finn with out the word. Coincidentally we were reading the book in school and saw a similar PBS special. The same expert was in both ( An older black professor with a wicked beard) specials and he said he was happy that blacks were using the word because it showed how the african-americans could overcome the years of slavery. I understood that and agreed. But then when providing a white word analogous to n*gger, he brought up Jeff Foxworthy who said " you can't say red-neck unless you are one" and compared this directly to the word n*gger and how you couldn't say it unless you were black. I followed his logic and his direction, but honestly, red-neck is nowhere on the same level. So I wan't to ask you, hopefully the mature public, what is an analogous to the word n*gger, that only whites can say? I myself can think of one.
